I mean I'm not complaining over a $1800 car that gets 31+ mpg and has been hassle-free. But I was amazed how cheap everything about the car feels, from the shifter to the steering, the interior materials and the hideous interior design, noisy door hinges, and that annoying seatbelt alarm. It is literally rental car quality. I'm amazed anyone would have shelled out 10-14 grand for this car. I would assume Ford stepped things up a bit on the "SVT" models. They do have a bit of a following...but then again, so does anime.
